Welcome to 360 Road Rules. By booking lessons with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
All driving lessons are 2 hours long, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Lessons begin and end at the agreed-upon time. If a student arrives late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
Each lesson is designed to build practical skills, safe habits, and confidence on the road.
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% charge of the lesson fee.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled time, or failure to attend, will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
Instructors will notify students as soon as possible if delays occur due to traffic, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment is due before or at the start of each lesson.
Cash is the preferred method of payment.
E-transfer is available, subject to a small processing fee.
All payments are non-refundable once a lesson has been completed.
Students must bring a valid Ontario driver’s license (G1, G2, or G) to every lesson.
Students are expected to arrive on time and be ready to begin driving.
Students must comply with all Ontario traffic laws and follow the instructor’s safety directions.
If a student arrives unfit to drive (e.g., under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication affecting driving ability), the lesson will be terminated and the full lesson fee will apply.
Students are expected to respect the instructor, vehicle, and equipment at all times.
Instructors will provide professional, patient, and safe instruction during every lesson.
Instructors may terminate a lesson if a student’s actions create unsafe conditions.
Instructors reserve the right to adjust lesson start times in cases of traffic, accidents, or unavoidable delays.
360 Road Rules and its instructors are not responsible for fines, tickets, accidents, or incidents that occur outside of scheduled lesson times.
While every effort is made to maintain safety during lessons, driving inherently involves risk.
Students are responsible for following instructions and maintaining control of the vehicle.
We prepare students for G2 and G road tests in Hamilton, Brantford, and Simcoe, as well as other Ontario DriveTest locations where applicable.
We assist students with booking their road tests upon request.
We strongly recommend students use the instructor’s vehicle for their road test, as this is the car they are most familiar with, which increases comfort and confidence on test day.
Students must ensure they bring the required documents (valid license, test confirmation, etc.) to their road test.
All student information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By booking lessons, students consent to receiving text messages, phone calls, or emails related to scheduling, reminders, lesson feedback, and policy updates.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website with the updated effective date.
